One
Then two
Double to four
Four becomes eight
On and on it goes
Doubling
Doubling
Growing
Growing
Time marches on
Hours to days
Days to weeks
Weeks to months
Movement
Twisting
Turning
Reaction
There is no escaping the truth
The good doctor would be proud
And all done
Without a lightning bolt in sight.
Swelling
Not only of body
But of the emotions
Excitement
Happiness
Fear
Will we do ok
Where is the manual?
No manual!
What about the FAQ?
And then arrival
Kicking and screaming
Into the cold light of day.
A man-child enters the world
He has gone from one to many
And back to one again
Thus is life renewed
The circle continues.

Hmm.. I seem to say that a lot.
This is a great poem. It shows that you have had that angsty moment allready but you have hope that in the end it'll all be allright.
And how fast it's gone!
Then again, that's what it's about, mostly
Yeah, something like that.
I'm sure there will be more "angsty" moments over the next couple of months too.
And I'm still looking for both of 'em.
<grin>
Poor guy
But there'll be lots of happyness too ^-^
Still, it's gonna be interesting.
