When the clocks slow down, the HDD's stop cycling and the RAM is free, then all the processes head down to the CPU to kill a little time till it all starts back up again. Of course, the CPU is the Central Partying Unit, but you already knew that.

This idea started to form when I was watching TRON (yes, the original one) about a week ago and has slowly bubbled to the surface. It's nice to have been productive this weekend with a couple of images and getting some studying done too.

Background is a freebie I found on web somewhere and have never used - if anyone can tell me who it;s by I'll happily give credit where it's due.
